We Are Facsimile

We are facsimile.

Britain’s No.1: ‘The Power of Love’ – Jennifer Rush

My No.1: ‘Slave to the Rhythm’ – Grace Jones

School, shit was.

That said, I’ve been working on some new Situation remix cassettes: currently called The Musical Extravaganza and Doctor Who: The Music Plus. Take it away, boys!

Tonight, I watched the first episode of the brilliant Comic Strip-style comedy Happy Families, starring Jennifer Saunders and Adrian Edmondson. It was one of the best things I've seen in a long time - and really funny.

Pick ‘n’ Mix:
Madonna
, Peter Howell’s Doctor Who theme, The Late Late Breakfast Show, Cowling’s Funeral Service, ZTT records, Tom Baker, Noel Edmonds, 'Nick-Nack-Paddywhack', The Cult, Jazz (Big Eared Scrounger) Thompson, Terry Wogan, fat Jabba, AIDS, gay Dave, Lloyd Cole, Kate Bush, Danny (mutant) Chegwin, Frankenstein, spotty and boring Joey, Rock Hudson, Bill Grundy, Dracula, Sex Pistols, Malcolm McLaren, Mr Sorvad from Orkas 5, The Man From Del Monte, Genesis of the Daleks, Ben Hardwick, pubic regions, John Lydon, Tip Top fake cream, Prince, Adrian Mole, Spitting Image doing The South Bank Show, Sigue Sigue Sputnik…

OLD DIARY ENTRIES…

This time 5 years ago:
‘I have finished my Doctor Who project at school and I am now starting a Pop Music project. I bought this week's Smash Hits for pictures and articles.

It has bits about Adam Ant (including the words to 'Dog Eat Dog' - which is my favourite song) and The Police, Madness and The Teardrop Explodes.’
